Terms & Conditions

Submitting an inquiry, gift-builder selection or WhatsApp message is a request for a quotation and does not by itself create a confirmed order.

An order is confirmed only after the products, quantities, customisation, price, delivery arrangements and payment requirements have been agreed with us in writing. Please review all confirmed details carefully.

All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices shown in our website or catalog are reference or starting prices and may change based on quantity, customisation, availability and current costs.

Our final written quotation takes precedence over catalog or website pricing. Delivery, shipping and other service fees are charged separately unless the quotation expressly states that they are included.

Products, packaging, colours and materials are subject to availability. Catalog and website images are for illustration; handmade, natural and screen-display variations may occur.

If a material item becomes unavailable, we will discuss a reasonably comparable substitution with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

You are responsible for providing accurate names, messages, quantities, delivery details and contact information, and for reviewing any order summary or proof supplied before confirmation.

Changes requested after confirmation are subject to feasibility, production progress, availability and any additional charges that we confirm with you.

As our gifts are prepared to order, we recommend placing orders at least two months before the requested delivery date.

Requested dates remain subject to our production capacity, material availability and timely confirmation of details and payment. Rush requests are not guaranteed.

We accept payment by bank transfer. Payment details, amounts and due dates will be provided after the order details are confirmed.

Production and delivery are subject to the payment requirements stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.

We deliver throughout West Malaysia. Personal hand-delivery may be available within the Klang Valley, subject to scheduling and order requirements.

Delivery or shipping fees are calculated according to location, quantity and service requirements and will be confirmed with the order. You are responsible for providing a complete address and ensuring that a recipient is available at the agreed time.

Because preparation of customised gifts begins after confirmation, confirmed orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact us promptly if circumstances change. Any requested amendment, cancellation or credit will be considered case by case based on work completed, committed materials and applicable legal rights.

Promotions and bulk discounts are subject to their stated period, quantity thresholds, eligible products and exclusions. They cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

The final quotation will confirm the promotion or discount, if any, applied to an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version provided or available when your order is confirmed will apply, together with any order-specific terms recorded in writing.

If an order-specific written quotation or confirmation conflicts with these general terms, the order-specific written term will govern that order to the extent of the conflict.
